  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 - 2 tbsp peanut butter, plus extra for topping
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
