Fruit & Rosemary Popsicles

These Fruit & Rosemary Popsicles are easy to make and free of refined sugars. The perfect frozen fruit treat for a warm summer's day
  • 1½ cups watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup strawberries, washed and hulled
  • a sprig of rosemary
  • Optional: ½ tsp maple syrup
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour liquid into a clean ice cube tray and cover tightly with plastic wrap
  3. Pierce the plastic wrap over the middle of each cube with a toothpick, ensuring the the plastic wrap remains taught to the toothpick stays in place
  4. Freeze popsicles overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until solid
  5. Run the back of the ice cube tray under hot water before trying to remove the popsicles and devouring
  6. If you manage to have any left, keep stored in the freezer
