Skip the store bought candies this year and celebrate Valentine's Day a little healthier with this simple, customizable Dairy-Free Chocolate Bark recipe.
  • 2 cups dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp pecan pieces
  • 1 tbsp dried goji berries
  • 2 tbsp heart shaped (or other) sprinkles
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  2. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute then stir
  3. Continue to microwave chocolate for 25 second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted
  4. Pour melted chocolate onto baking sheet and spread into an even layer using a rubber spatula
  5. Top with desired toppings and allow to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes
  6. Cover with foil or cling wrap and refrigerate until the chocolate has set (about 30 minutes)
  7. Cut bark into pieces using a sharp knife or pizza cutter
  8. Store in refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 4 days
