Tropical Avocado Popsicles

These tropical avocado popsicles are easy to make, only require a handful of ingredients and are free of refined sugars. Perfect for cooling down on warm summer days.
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 kiwi chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to suit
  2. Pour liquid into a popsicle molds, cover and insert craft sticks. I used two sticks per popicle but 1 is fine
  3. Freeze popsicles overnight or for at least 4 - 6 hours
  4. Run the molds under hot water before trying to remove the popsicles
  5. Drizzle with coconut butter if desired
  6. Store any leftovers in the freezer
