Hey Friends! How’s it goin?
After my elimination diet last summer, when I realised that dairy was causing all my gut pain, my biggest concern was cheese. My next worry was chocolate. Snickers, brownies, slices of 7 layer chocolate fudge cake and anything else with chocolate used to be my kryptonite. Even after I started eating healthier, it was impossible for me to stop indulging in some kind of chocolatey goodness occasionally.
Luckily, I actually love dark chocolate, so it wasn’t that hard for me to make the switch after I cut out dairy. But, there are only so many bars of dark chocolate you can eat before you
go bankrupt get bored of it and want something different.
Since most chocolate desserts are not dairy-free, I started making desserts at home using recipes I found on the web. That eventually lead to me experimenting with developing my own. Turns out, it isn’t that hard to get your fill of chocolate without the dairy. And today, I want to share some of my favourite dairy-free chocolate filled recipes with you.
