This pina colada hemp smoothie is a variation of the traditional cocktail sans alcohol, with avocados and Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts added in for some added healthy fats and protein.
Ingredients
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks; fresh, frozen or canned
  • ¼ small avocado
  • ½ cup coconut milk, I used So Delicious
  • ¼-1/4 cup water, depending on desired thickness
  • 3 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • Optional: Ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
