Hey Friends! How’s it goin?
I’m entering the second round of midterm season this month so I’m on the lookout for stuff I can make to grab and go. As much as I enjoy cooking and baking, stopping in the middle of a study sesh to do so is pretty distracting. That’s where these Carrot Raisin Oatmeal Muffins come in.
Oatmeal muffins and cups are one of my favourite study session snacks so I spent some time making some over the weekend. Those contained blueberries and a lot more oatmeal and I’ll be sharing them with you soon. These carrot raisin oatmeal muffins however are one’s I actually shared on Savory Style back in December but never got around to posting about them here.
So, today I decided to share them with you. These dairy free carrot raisin oatmeal muffins contain no added sugars and are dense, chewy and wholesome. The raisins also add extra sweetness to each. Head on over to Savory Style to get the recipe now and don’t forget to pin the image below!
What about you?
What’s your favourite study time snack? Are you a fan of oatmeal muffins?
